The concrete pour for the pool foundation is complete. With durable 8-inch BuildBlock ICF walls already in place, this 29,000 gallon infinity edge pool will use a Pentair hybrid heating system with thermal frequency for the pumps and preheating for the pool, which will be provided by a 93-kilowatt solar thermal panel system on the roof.

The filtration system of the pool will include UV light and minimal chlorine with 4 variable speed pumps operating the filtration. The pool itself will serve as an additional storage location for hot water during winter months through a connection to a heat exchanger that allows the water to provide free heating to the home’s hydronic system when needed.  The sun shelf feature is an added perk for lounging in the sun this summer.
